Initial consultation
You describe the work. We arrange a site visit at no cost to scope properly — measurements, materials, access, timing.
Written quote
Itemised quote covering labour, materials, and any sub-trades. Fixed-price where possible; daywork rates where the scope can't be pinned down up front.
Scheduled works
Agreed start date, agreed daily working hours, and a single point of contact. We turn up when we say we will and keep the site tidy.
Sign-off & invoice
Final walk-around together. Snagging addressed before invoice is issued. Bank transfer or card payment via SumUp.
